institutions and creditors to negotiate a sale price below what is owed. Working closely with the financial
department to make sure that the transaction closes in a smooth and timely manner, attorney Scott J. Perdigon
provides title insurance, settlement services and handles the closing of the transaction; and Oscar G. Mendez,
serves as the credit consultant throughout the process and is available to help repair the seller’s credit after
the property has been short sold.
